| CCTV systems are designed to meet specific individual requirements
from a simple single camera installation to a multiple camera
installation, covering an entire site. |
|
| Cameras fitted include static cameras, which can be sited
internally or externally within protective housing if necessary,
which are designed to view a specific target such as an entrance
or valuable item. |
|
| Alternatively to the above are fully functional cameras,
which have the capability to pan/tilt and zoon around a wider
"target" area, whereby either an operator can scan
the area via a joystick or the camera is "pre-programmed"
to carry out a specific "tour" of the area, stopping
for times at individual views within the area. |
|
| At Ambush Security, we operate a 24 hour emergency service
offering a maximum 4 hours response time for contracted customers.
All customers with a current comprehensive maintenance contract
are entitled to replacement parts and labour in the event of
system failure (subject to Terms & Conditions). |
|
| All the above cameras give colour images when there is adequate
lighting available, otherwise they revert to monochrome when
the light levels drop below their working threshold. Infra-red
lighting can be added to enable the cameras to work in levels
of darkness that fall below even their lowest darkness level
capabilities. |
|
| Viewing / Recording Equipment |
|
| The cameras can be viewed and recorded via a digital control
unit, which incorporates a specified memory capability to ensure
it has the facility for enough storage of recorded images for
the required standard of a minimum 31 days of information. |
|
| The information stored within this unit can readily be "downloaded"
to a DVD to enable the images to be either kept for longer periods
of time or passed to the relevant authorities. |
