Our systems are designed in line with our customers specifications, including any Insurance Company stipulations, to ensure that they are tailored to suit their individual requirements
We operate a 24-hour emergency service for contracted customers, whereby our Engineering staff can give advice or attend a call-out within 4 hours if needed. All staff are security screened to current NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Standards including a 10 year police vetting process. We observe the regulations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant procedures,
Customers who have a current Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement are entitled to full replacement parts and labour cover in the event of system failure, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
We would consider servicing and maintaining systems not installed by us, providing we can support the equipment, it is owned by the customer and installed to current European Standards.
