Security Solutions - Service & Maintenance
All of the above services can be supplied with an ongoing maintenance/servicing agreement, ensuring your security systems are professionally and regularly maintained - and monitored is essential, it is the equivalent of regular eye tests or the service and breakdown cover on your car. It's also an essential requirement for many insurance policies.
Standard Contract: Standard Service and Maintenance contract provides regular preventative inspections and access to our 24/7 service helpdesk and engineer call-outs, if required.
Comprehensive Contract: Comprehensive Service and Maintenance contract is ideal if you want to pay an inclusive fixed cost, to cover preventative inspections, access to the 24/7 service helpdesk and engineer call-outs if required, with nothing else to pay for the life of the contract, unless the equipment is damaged by others, in line with our terms and conditions.
Peace of Mind - You depend on your security system to provide safe and secure premises for your staff and visitors. So it makes sense that your system is kept in optimum condition, with 24 hour emergency cover that you can always count on if it is needed.
Save Money - Regular servicing will also ensure the maximum component life and result in lower system downtime. You will also save money by avoiding non-contracted hourly rates.
Compliance
Industry standards which we adhere to and are a member of include the current EN Standards, National Security Inspectorate (NSI incorporating NACOSS), Police, Data Protection and Health and Safety Acts, all require that our security systems which fall within their remit are covered under a formal maintenance agreement.
Stay Covered - Your insurance company will usually require you to regularly maintain your security system. If you have not arranged appropriate cover your insurance claims may be invalid. In addition, all security systems that are Police calling or financed under a Lease Agreement must have a current service and maintenance contract.
